    The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) successfully hosted the Kick-Off Meeting of its Digital Innovation and Technology (DIT) Sector Committee on 23 June 2026 at the AHK Sri Lanka office in Colombo. The meeting marked the first regular gathering of the newly established committee and brought together representatives from Sri Lanka’s ICT sector to discuss current industry developments, future cooperation opportunities, and the role of digital innovation in strengthening German–Sri Lankan business relations.

    In dem zunehmend unvorhersehbaren Umfeld von heute ist eine wirksame Katastrophenhilfe für Organisationen aller Branchen zu einer zentralen Priorität geworden. Vor diesem Hintergrund trat der HR-Sektorausschuss der AHK Sri Lanka zusammen, um sich mit dem Thema „Katastrophenmanagement im Personalwesen“ zu befassen – ein Thema, das von den Mitgliedern nach den jüngsten Ereignissen wie dem Zyklon Ditwah angesprochen wurde, aber für eine Vielzahl von Krisenszenarien relevant ist.
