A highlight of the recent meeting was the impressive presentation by Ms. Sudarshani Liyanage, Head of HR at J. M. Wickramarachchi & Co., (Pvt) Ltd. Under the title “Inclusive Practices in Corporations”, she highlighted practical strategies for fostering diversity and for sustainably shaping an inclusive work environment.

Its portfolio includes state-of-the-art optometric examinations, among them a ZEISS Vision Center operated to German standards as well as comprehensive hearing care, including cochlear implant technologies, the country’s first vestibular clinic and a sound calibration laboratory.
Following the presentation, the committee members engaged in an intensive exchange. It was an opportunity to bring in new impulses and to further expand professional networks.
